Barnardos Charity TV advert Barnardo's is an organisation that aims to helps children who face difficulties at home and who not have has the easiest childhood. the advert shows us a young vulnerable child who is aware of his mum and dad fighting he is clearly upset by the noise and goings on and is hiding. the use of the child brings great emotion to the audience as they feel sorry for the child and wish to help him different shots such as close up shots to the childs face help enhance his fear and show us what he is going through also the darker lighting and lack of light emphasis his sorrow and show it is a dark miserable place which further connects to the audience's emotions. the slow and steady way this is narrated shows the urgency and makes us feel sorry for the young boy who can not help himself. the adverts use of sound helps us better understand the child's life and problems and allows us to emotionally sympathises with him. the advert is very effective in reaching an audience and bringing out emotions it also helps us understand what the charity does and how to contact them.
