Detectives from LAPD’s Robbery Homicide Division sex crimes unit have taken over the case after actress Kristina Cohen made a report on Tuesday accusing the British actor of rape.
Westwick, 30, has vehemently denied the allegation saying he does not even know her.
Within Cohen’s police report it states: “Suspect forced the victim to have sexual intercourse inside his residence…three years ago.”
Ed Westwick is a British actor most famous for his role as chuck bass in US drama Gossip Girl. earlier this week it was reported by a young actress that Ed had sexually assaulted her three years earlier. this claim comes after a string of claims against popular figures in the Tv and film business. the claims could be very damaging for Eds career as many are demanding BBC fire him immediately from a hit comedy show.
